This complex is clean, quiet and very safe. As a single woman, I have never been concerned or frightened jogging in the evenings or early mornings around the complex. The staff is so friendly and helpful, that when I first moved in, I thought they were trying to prove something... but it appears to just be the way they are. The only complaints I can think of are that there was an issue with the water bills for some of the residents-- management was wonderful about, that and very service-oriented. They listed to our concerns, and resolved the issue perfectly. The only other thing I can think of is that as spring approaches we have found a total of 3 bugs in our apartment... which isn't much of a complaint, but it was all I could think of. Previous to moving here, I had lived someplace terrible and came here prepared to find this complex a disaster also, becuase that is what I thought it meant to rent. I have found otherwise, and am likely to stay here a long, long time, becuase this feels like a home.
