Bad place to live in. Very expensive for their very low quality in everything. Many cheaper apartments around with much less rent. If you decide to rent there, read the contract carefully. It is one of the worst contracts I have ever signed. It makes the tenant responsible for everything. Not all contacts are like that .

If it was that overly expensive, and so low quality why did you stay there for 2 years?
