the management are not good people to work with, there is no hot water in winter, there are many threatening dogs in the building, we talked to the mangemetn several times, and they did nothing..my neighbor party every night till the morning, their friends keep shouting at night in the hallway...i will leave this place asap.

I moved. Did you know there is a pit bull at Blossom ? Alan said it is none of my business. Well, it is my business. The owner walks the pit bull without a harness and without a muzzle and I have no intention of confronting it on my way to my car. I have moved to a place where there are no beer bottles in the stairways, no loud partying beer drinking elevator pissing morons day or night, and NO DOGS !
