Thermostat didn't work, heat was off half the winter, when they finally "fixed" it, it wouldn't turn off so we had to leave the windows open or it would be 90 degrees. Still didn't turn off untill we called a million times half way through the summer. We had a major cockroach problem from day one. They were everywhere. "exterminators" came in and sprayed the apartments in the corners once in a while which did absolutely nothing. There were geese and ducks that would wake us up every morning and they would ---- everywhere in the grass.
