Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Maintenance is difficult to reach, when they did come out they spent less than 2 minutes looking at the problem and never came back to follow up as they said they would on a water leak issue. On a different issue they just never showed up, even after 2 months of persistant phone calls.
