Great place - I have not lived here for a while but my two years there were great. The apartment was homey and felt like a condo not apartment. Holly the manager was nice and helpful. "Heaven on the Lake" My apartment is so freakin cute, and I haven't had any problems.
I'm majoring in Nursing at KSU, and I work at Akron's Children's Hospital.
We use the clubhouse a lot to study in. It's so nice and quiet.

I go to Kent State, and I just moved in on a really good special. Not only did I get $50.00 off my rent, but they gave me a $300 rent credit when I brought them my receipt for the school books!! They basically paid for my books for my Fall

sucks! This place suckkssss! Dont move here! They wont fix anything. Our a/c has been out for a year and they have been called over 15 times. They wont fix anything! Ceiling also started leaking in the hallway. Laundry machines have been out for months! This place is a dump!

Not a good Idea. Most of the staff will not be able to help with any financial issues that arise (Issues will come up over and over.) You will need to visit the office during hours of the manager. I have been told multiple stories with the same outcome, me owning more money (hidden fees).
