I've lived here for almost two years. The apartments are older (almost 15 years old I believe) but are in fairly good condition. Mine had new carpeting. My appliances are older though and on the cheap side though. I believe the dish washer and refrigerator is original. The rooms are spacious. I have had slight bug problems with centipedes and pill bugs. The grounds are pretty but not the best kept. About all they do is mulch. Goose droppings are also a problem due to the lakes. People have a habit of leaving old garbage sitting by the dumpsters that is never picked up (couches, appliances, etc). There are no washer/dryer hookups and no covered parking. The staff is friendly and generally fixes problems within a day or two. For the price these are probably a good deal, but my rent keeps going up so I think there are better apartments in town. I've never heard noise from another apartment.
