best apartment i've lived in, but not super great

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The space is wonderful and the office staff is very friendly. My only complaints are the price and the noise. I can hear footsteps above me, cupboards shutting next to me, doors shutting all of the time and no matter how low the volume is on tvs and stereos I can still hear it.
