I am a student at Kent State University. While searching for apartments, I found that the properties closer to campus were more expensive and not nearly as nice as Portage Pointe, and Portage Pointe offered a lot more amenities. These apartments are right in the middle of the developing parts of Streetsboro and allow for great access to everything you need. They are also close to I-480 and the I-80 turnpike. The community is filled with everyone from college kids to families to older couples. The leasing office staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance issues are responded to quickly and efficiently. The complex is beautiful and always kept in great shape. The apartments themselves are quite spacious. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
