DO THEY EVEN HAVE A SNOW PLOW CONTRACT'

I love living in Portage Pointe....UNTIL it snows. When it snows here, you must count on climbing through a foot of snow just to get out of your building. Then, if you don't slip on the horribly slick parking lot, you have to hope your car can make it out of the snow filled parking lot. (Not once have I seen a plow in the parking lot.) If it snows more than an inch in a day, you better watch out for the tiny hill in the back of the development (it's hard to make it up the hill in my TRUCK). Every time you slip and slide through the parking lot, it feels like your muffler will be ripped off due to the ice mounds. After complaining to the office about the snow nothing was done to improve the conditions (leasing agent told me they would take a look; a week later action is yet to be taken). Basically, if you plan on living here during the winter, buy your own shovel and DO NOT COUNT on ANY snow removal and watch out for the horribly icy, snow covered parking lots.
