We just moved out. We paid thousands of dollars to move out but gladly we did. We just do not want to deal with them anymore. We were told we paid all the money that they wanted. All of sudden, we received another bill - for another 200 dollar penalty. I have called their listed numbers to ask why. They have referred me three times to different department and I have left several messages to ask someone to call back. They never did. I am thinking to file a claim against them.
