I have been here for over one year. The experience to this point has been lackluster. It was a disaster moving in and had several problems that should of been addressed better. The leasing manager and agents are not professional at all and they do not care about the residents problems. It takes them forever to deal with maintenance issues. As much as I pay for this place, you think they would be more adept in taking care of the residents problems instead of just ignoring them. I would like respect and thoughtfulness when I present issues to the leasing office. I have never been late once when paying my rent. They never call you back when a message is left and is difficult to get a hold of someone. I live on a ground floor apartment and the noise from my neighbor is an issue. Several noise complaints have been filed. I am not sure if any action has taken place to make the resident aware of this. I would think that if a resident received a certain amount of noise complaints that were verified by maintenance, it was grounds for eviction. I understand that this is an apartment complex and noises will be heard. My problem is that the noises I constantly hear are excessive. I feel that noise is acceptable as long as it is kept to a reasonable volume. All that I request is that the issues be handled accordingly within their policies and guidelines. I feel that no action has taken place at all and it really pisses me off. I don't pay a large amount of rent to be treated like this as to where it seems like the leasing office just doesn't care about what happens. I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced in any way for these issues to be resolved. I also feel that they just do not want to be bothered when you do address issues to them. They have nice apartments here but the way problems are handled needs to be addressed by the management.

Couldn't agree more. This was our same experience when we lived here for 2 years on a ground level apartment. The walls are so thin you can hear so much and the management doesn't care.
