We had moved into the place and everyone was very helpful and the grounds were beautiful. It is a HUGE complex and seemingly ever-expanding. Utility-wise, you have to pay everything except water. The kitchens are some of the biggest in most apartments I've ever seen, very nice with lots of cupboards. At first glance, this place may appear to be picture perfect. However, DO NOT move in. First of all, in this modern age, there is only 1 internet company for "high speed internet". I use the quoatations because this company did NOT provide anything of the sort. You were lucky if the internet worked for an hour a day, and even then the speed was slower than dial-up, which we and many of our frustrated neighbors ended up getting. They also advertise that "wireless" internet is available, but alas, that is a lie. Also cable service is a bit funny, make sure you investigate before signing any lease. The maintenane people complain and are generally unhelpful about any situation you have, especially if it's an emergency on their faulty equiptment. Also, someone installed the electrical wrong in the apartments, as lights blow out almost daily.
This is supposed to be a "first-class living" type of place, but the walls are very thin, and if you live on the bottom floors, expect to hear very clearly every time someone is moving around up there.

In addition, there has been a peeping tom in the neighborhood, and 2 other individuals that live in the complex listed as sexual predators. The peeping tom was arrested, but still he's around. Be VERY cautious at night in this complex.

But the worst of all, what made me decide to move, was how much they raise their rent. You pay the gas and electric, so that isn't an excuse like some apartments. The prices were even more outrageous this year than last, we had enough and moved out. I sincerely hope if you look at this place you investigate CAREFULLY and read through everything, and I hope you know self=defense.
