Today was the first day you could sign up for Time Warner. I was one of their first sign ups. I can hardly wait. One more week of this torture. Now I can truly say I live in the perfect place.

This site is obviously tainted. Every week or so another 2 sentence 5 star rating for this place. Just keep trying to boost the ratings to passing (strongly suspect someone who works for the company). Either that or its just short term memmory with tunnel vision. Why praise the place for something that should of been done years ago to keep up with technology. Why praise them for straight up lying and giving the run around when asked and complained to for year while they lined their pockets. Why priase them for allowing the old service (no matter how bad it was) to just stop early and again simply not care or care how much it affects their tenants. Look for somewhere else to live, this place can not be trusted.

So true! This place cannot be trusted. Tainted is putting it mildly. The management lies to people on a "CONSTANT" basis and to quote mr. or mrs. anonymous," IT IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY WRITING THE NICE RATINGS!!!" Guess who!!///, I'll give you a hint,CLAUDINE GILLETTE! Hows that for a hint!. The place sucks. The leasing agents are the best out there, but they're under the Scrutiny of the manager. They do what she tells them to do. So don't take out any hostilities towards the girls in the office. The grounds look great, the maintenance was great until they fired the last couple. Now we're stuck with a 90 yr old man and his 400lb wife for a maintenance couple. He seems to do his job very well, But his wife sits in a little golf cart 8 hours a day making 5000 phone calls on her cell phone while he breaks his back! It's pretty sad. Myself and my roommate left there because we were charged for a countertop that had a tiny chip in it. But the lady across the hall from me asked me once how to get a burn mark off of her countertop,....I saw it. It was huge! She didnt get charged one thin dime when she moved out. "i know her personally" If Claudine, the manager likes you, You're golden! If she does not,...well...you'll see~! my advice,... don't maker her mad! Give it some thought! Or just move right on in! it's the corporate office with all the nice-nice comments. millennium management is a HUGE JOKE! all of their properties are run exactly the same n-s-e-w it truly doesn't matter what area you're looking in. i've been looking for a reputable mgt co. to rent from. so, i've read other reviews at other properties under millennium and the same thing keeps happening "tainted reviews". how can you trust a company that lie for ratings. their corporate office needs to put time and efforts into their properties and not this website!
