I lived in the Rocketship layout.
The Good:
You will fall in love with the amount of space it has! That is its biggest draw. I have two boys that are constantly running around and it suited them well. The kitchen has ample cabinet space, and the freezer is frost-free. The closet space was also great and the two bathrooms suited my family well. My only wish for the master bathroom was that it have a bath tub and shower combo and drawers with the cabinet as in the guest bathroom, then it would have felt like the master bath. They do have a pond in the front and on our summer walks we would frequently see geese and ducks and hear frogs, I even saw a crane twice.Their staff was very nice and very helpful, I think they may have been the nicest apartment staff that we have ever dealt with and we have lived in three other apartment complexes so far.
It is even not that far from stores,. There is a Super Walmart and Giant Eagle down the street, along with Aldi's, Acme, Target, Kmart, Lowes, a pet store and a myriad of fast food restaurants.
The Bad:
My biggest complaint about this apartment is that they do not shovel the snow nor put salt down to prevent ice. When we moved in last year, I had to ask them to put salt down at least at the entry-way because everyone kept slipping as we were bringing our stuff in. This year it seems like they have at least acknowledged the entry-way as they regularly shovel it and put salt on it, but the parking lots and drive paths are not shoveled at all. After the cars get done driving over the snow you end up with a thick sheet of ice. My advice, be very careful walking and driving in the parking lots and carry your own salt/kitty litter and small shovel in your truck so you can dig yourself out and gain traction on the ice.
My second complaint is the construction of the apartment. There is not enough insulation in the walls and the gap under the door is huge so you end up with a heat bill that is pretty high and if your neighbor smokes (as mine did) the smoke, as I was informed by the staff, does come right through the walls there are no air ducts going between the apartments. If you go into the bathroom and your neighbor above or to the side of you decides to go pee, you can hear every bit of it. Although you don't frequently hear their voices because of the infrequently used areas separating the apartments (bathrooms and laundry room). But the noise is bearable.
My third complaint is the amount of bugs that decided to take up residence at the apartment. Because we lived next to the wooded area, we had a problem with potato bugs and spiders and these little shape shifting type bugs (sorry I don't know what they are called). The complex tried to help by spraying bug spray but to no avail. Its just something that you have to deal with. I think our bug problem was escalated because the builders did not finish the wall in the kitchen. When I moved the fridge and oven to clean and spray bug spray there was a big gap between where the wall ended and the floor began. There was also a gap between the outside wall and the air conditioning vent that was not properly sealed with caulk.
The lack of a play area for the children is a big mistake. It would help to have one installed because the closest playground is on RT 303 going toward Hudson, although there are not enough trees to cover the playground adequately. Same goes for the school playground which you can't take your children to until all of the kids get out of school. The best and closest playground is in Kent. It has ample trees to keep the playground cool and protected from the hot sun.
Parking is not bad especially if your part of the complex is half empty. But sometimes you do have to park a little farther from your door, but it is only a 30 second walk at most.
I had a problem with the maintenance worker not fixing my tub. It would slowly let out the water, but he could not fix it. I called him twice and twice he could not do anything. I finally had to take out the hair catch and put in a plug whenever I gave my boys a bath.
Overall:
I think it is a nice complex and it has some potential. I would recommend not renting here unless their rent goes down dramatically. For the rollercoaster I would recommend paying at most $650/month. If you can get in on a special where they will wave a few months of rent for you I think it would come out to about $650/month on average. But to pay any more than that is overkill. Especially since you could go to Twinsburg and get a two bedroom townhouse with huge closets (although the decor is from the 70s) and a better school system for about $650/month.

Finally, an honest reveiw. I agree, they do not have half as much as some other places which have the same rent cost or even a little lower. They are big though.
