We lived in this community for 2 years, and the only reason we chose to leave was because we purchased a home. The office staff, especially Kris, the manager, was always incredibly helpful to both my husband and myself. If we had a maintenance issue or even just needed to use the fax machine, they were accommodating of all of our needs.

As for the previous negative reviews, we certainly can offer another opinion. Our apartment was located in the center of the complex, and we never had an issue of excessive noise. And as for complaints about money, we paid our rent on time, which is a reasonable request.

I would, and have, recommended this community to friends moving back to this area of Ohio.

I agree. I think that the village of western reserve is pretty quiet too, and I didn't know Kris, but the manager Allison is so nice and so is everyone else. I always pay rent on time too. I reccomend these apartments to everyone.
