They care about money---not about tenants

There are very few rent renewals at the Village of Western Reserve. These people care only about money--repair work is shoddy, if it is even completed. The staff is rude. The water and sewage bill are added to your monthly rent. There are lots of hidden charges--the water and sewage bill are padded. I have to file a formal complaint with the PUCO to investigate the water and sewage charges. I advise anyone who doesn't have money to waste to avoid this property! This property allows dogs, but no one picks up after their pet. GROSS! There is absolutely no insulation--high heating and cooling bills! Overall, a very bad rental company.
