The Villages of Western Reserve is all about trying to appear like a nice place to live. Once you've moved in, forget it!! The apartments are built on a concrete slab, and they are not water-sealed. If you live on an outside unit, be prepared to endure bugs and mold. They won't do anything to fix it once you've moved in. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL--LOOK AT THE WEBSITE FOR AEC REALTY--THIS IS ALL ABOUT GIVING MONEY BACK TO INVESTORS. PLUS, THEY PAD THE WATER BILL TO OVER-CHARGE RESIDENTS.

While we have never had a problem with water, I have to absolutely agree with the padding of the water bill. Ours was $77 this month, no one reads our water meter. They take the whole water bill for the establishment and divide it out between the number of units, then that is the amount you pay. It's ridiculous.
