These apartments are nice and the price is reasonable. The walls, ceilings, and floors are thick. I NEVER hear my neighbors. Maintenance is good; things are fixed quickly and efficiently. Office staff goes above and beyond what is expected. The party room is nice and is easy to reserve. Parking is adequate even when I come home late at night. Snow removal begins around 5:30am and continues throughout the day when it is snowing. The pool is open from noon to 8:00pm during the summer months, which gives most people time to enjoy it after work. The only major complaint I have is the free heat, which is excessive in the winter. On the fifth floor, it stays between 75 and 78 degrees, which is very warm for me. On the second floor (right above the boiler) the heat in the hallway is stifling. I can only imagine what it's like in the apartments. All things considered, Chestnut Lakes is a great place to live. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
