Not good unless u live on 3rd floor.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived here for 2 years. It was good and quite. I didn't have problems except those ducks pooping everywhere in the back yard.
My apartment was on the 2nd floor. one day, someone moved in to the 3rd floor and guess what' It was a hell.
They had a puppy and I could hear him running from the back room to the front door.
Of course, I complained to the office but no avail. at all.
Not good unless you live on 2nd floor without having someone live on 3rd floor.
