The leasing office was always kind to us but they never salted the walkways in the winter. I slipped and fell twice while walking to my car and nearly fell hundreds of times other than that. My car would constantly slide when driving through the complex because their plows are horrible and barely salt the streets.

The apartment was nice but some of the neightbors were rude. Also parking near the building I lived in was ridiculous!! If you left after 5PM you couldn't count on having a spot infront of the building when you got home.

Also, the location wasn't great. Try turning onto Pearl road any time of the day from the Hunters Hollow entrance/exit and you would be lucky if you weren't sitting there for 10 minutes.
