Worst Place I have ever lived!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
My husband and I lived at 2 different apartments during the time we lived in Hunters Hollow. The first one, something from the apartment above us leaked into our second bedroom. The walls were water damaged and so was the carpet. It took them over THREE weeks to come out and fix it. The carpet and walls grew mold. Tjeir solution was to spray paint over it. During the time that we were waiting for them to fix the leak, the apartment became invaded with bugs. Spiders, earwigs, and silverfish. They had the exterminator out three times, still to no avail. We finally moved to the second apartment. As we were unpacking all of our things, we found dead earwigs in kitchen appliances, toilet paper, bookshelves, etc... All from the first apartment. The second unit we moved into was on the second floor in a two story building, so the unbearable noise from upstairs was not an issue anymore. However, the apartment we moved into was invaded with bees. Not a bee here or there, but 5-12 everyday! We had many maintenance issues with the second unit and none of them were fixed properly. The bottom of our microwave was sagging on the bottom and it took me 5 minutes to pop a 1 minute bag of popcorn. Thinking the microwave was over 15 years old and it might need replaced, maintenance came to look at it. They put water in a glass and put it in the the microwave for 30 seconds. They said it got warm so it still works. It was stuff like this all the time. My husband and I were so miserable that we bought a townhouse. However when that purchase fell through, we moved to the Polo Club in strongsville. It is a much better apartment. It is slightly smaller but much better taken care of. I was also embarassed to bring people into my building at hunters hollow because the celing was hanging down from water damage in the hallway. We also had water damage on our celing that never did get fixed. The one positive was that Lynda, the leasing agent, was the sweetest person you will ever meet and always went out of her way to help you.
