If you have kids to play instrument, this is definitely NOT a place for you to choose. When we moved in, the apt manager told us kids can play piano without problem as long as not in the late evening. However, several weeks later, we were told we could not play piano Anytime! What a cheater! As a matter of fact, we have only a small one with muffler installed. Kids play about one-hour during weekdays and a couple of hours during weekends.
If you have older people, this is NOT a good choice, either. Since they do not salt during the snow days, the old people have to walk on the icy surface.
During the hot summer, there is NO airconditioner/fan in the hallway.
And you will never get the timely response from the company if you try to contact them.
I will not recommend this apt to anyone, period!
