I have been living at the Polo Club for 5 months now and it has been an ok experience. There are a lot of good and bad things about the P.C. The great things are obvious to the average apartment shopper. The service is what has me a little frustrated. God forbid you have a problem you may not get a response unless you call again and again and again.

If you are considering living here I'd strongly advise you to not get a unit on the first floor of the 2 bedroom 2 bath. You can hear quite a bit from the 2nd floor units. Furthermore, don't get a unit near Route 82. It is extremely loud! I feel like I'm near a raceway sometimes. Yes you can hear radios, mufflers (or lack of) and trucks driving by at night. It just sucks.

The only hope this place has is that it's under new management.

Oh and by the way. The other review discussing the garbage is very true. People here are lazy and won't operate the one garbage compactor on the property. Management does very little to help out.
