If you want a fireplace, an in-unit wash/dry, and a garage, you should at LEAST check the Polo Club out.
Their staff is responsive, the community is safe, and the 24 hour fitness center, with all new equipment are just some of the amenities I've enjoyed here.
There's occasional noise if your neighbors above stomp around, but not so much that it's disruptive.
The community allows pets, and the apartment layouts are, in my opinion, really good.
I'd highly recommend this place.
