NOISE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM ---

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
It is expensive. No service. Basically you are on your own. They do not want to listen to you. They want your money but they do not want to deal with you.
Extremly noisy. If the noise is not coming from the highway, it comes from you neighbor. Good luck if you have someone living above you.
It looks very nice from the outside but cheap on the inside.
