My boyfriend and I lived there for 1 year. We both really liked the neighborhood. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and whenever we had a problem they were right on top of it! As for the noise and garbage...both should be taken up with the individual people. People will take their garbage and just throw it in to the dumpster and never compact it. All you have to do is shut the door and push a button and people seem to be too lazy or "busy" to do that. The noise just has to do with people being inconsiderate. The guy above us used to play his music at all hours of the day and night very loud, but all you have to do is go to that person and ask them nicely to be a bit more respectful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would go there again in a heartbeat.
