I KNOW MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE ONLY FROM PEOPLE WHO HAD BAD EXPERIENCES...NO ONE WANTS TO REPORT TO GOOD THINGS. BUT THIS PLACE IS HONESTLY NOT WORTH HALF OF WHAT THE RENT IS. LOCATION IS PRETTY MUCH ALL IT HAS GOING FOR IT...

We moved into the apartment in August of 2005. We went to look at the place before and the first lie we were told was that we would "fit right in" in regards to age. We were 22 and 24. Pretty sure that the majority of the place is 45 , which wouldn't be bad but the first FRIDAY night we lived there, we got yelled at around 10pm for having a movie turned up too loud. The management is horrible, but it was kind of hard to keep track since the turnover was ridiculous.

LUXURY - The buliding was falling apart. They were "luxury" apartments back in 1970 maybe. There was a crack in the bottom of our door (about a half inch...not just a little crack!!) letting all the cold air in from outside. The air was coming in from outside because the door to get into the building also had a large crack and no door handle.

THE HEAT - is hot water heat. What this means is that when you take a shower, you better pray that the heat doesn't kick on when you're in there, otherwise your hot water is gone. We had to have our thermostat replaced because the heat would kick on and not turn off.

The place has a bad spider problem, so beware of that. We pretty much spent the majority of the summer and fall killing bugs.

If you're concerned about security, this is not the place to go. We had a maintenance guy come over to fix some things, and we came home after work (6pm) to find our apartment door WIDE OPEN and a note from the maintenance guy saying he was there around 10am. He left the door open and his keys in the door... There is no security at all to the place...just your own lock on your apt. door.

Some other random things...there is ONE dumpster for the entire complex, so be prepared to drive or walk your garbage. There is no communication among the management. They also told us there were a lot of community activities...or NONE in 6 months.

Basically...they promise you a lot and what you get is a highly overpriced complex that is in need of major renovations of all kinds.

Please spare yourself the aggrevation and live somewhere else!!!
