This place is ok. It's true. The only thing great about the complex is the location.
The management is pretty mediocre. Trying to get them to fix something really is like pulling teeth. But I'm not sure if other places are that much better.
The walls are pretty thin, but aren't all apartment complexes like this'
The rent is probably a little too high.
Windows are AWFUL! They're so old and they're incredibly drafty.
There can be bugs during the summer.
They will not turn on the lights at the tennis courts, which is incredibly annoying. Why have them' Who can start playing tennis before 6 or 7pm on weekdays'
Trash is annoying. The dumpsters occasionally aren't emptied often enough.
