I moved into the Polo Club in Jan. 2007 after living in a neighboring complex for 5 years and was quite pleased with the choice I made. The buildings are clean, maintenance when needed was prompt and the apartments are spacious and bright.

Notwithstanding the above, the complex does have some issues to work out. Parking can be somewhat of a pain at times, the highway nearby can be somewhat noisy (certainly not their fault, though), and from time to time the children playing can get somewhat loud.

I have read through some of the older negative posts here regarding the Polo Club and will say that things have evidently improved.

Mangement has installed new windows on many of the buildings here this summer, painted the office / rec. building, made numerous repairs to concrete throughout the complex, etc.

I noticed one poster complaining about the centralized trash location; having one place to dump the trash (centrally located) sure beats two dozen dumpsters with the requisite raccoons and skunks located throughout the complex.

All in all, the location is hard to beat, it is rather quiet here, people are friendly, staff is attentive and the price is fair.
