Ok.. we have lived here 2 years now..
Pros:
Amazing mantinace staff, they are here in literally 15 minutes from the time you call, they see me coming down with my trash and take it out for me, friendly and so nice.
The pool/sundeck/grill area is so nice, we use it quite often in the summer for get togethers and it's always clean and maintained.
The landcaping is absolutely gorgeous.
The clubhouse is clean, nice size and also use it all the time for parties etc..
The neighborhood is quiet.. at least where I am at, no kids, but I guess it depends where you are at.
The deck is HUGE for an apt.
They just put in new deck/patio doors, always powerwash the buildings, the appliances have never failed me

CONS:
Some very annoying neighbors.. but you get that anywhere I guess.
I have complianed about the one above us constatly pounding to the point our celing fans and doors shake.. to the management's credit they do talk to her.. she has gotten a little better.
The furnace is really loud when it is running
The windows are VERY drafty, we put plastic on them from the home depot every winter.
There is no security,the pool and complex are wide open. We have seen teenagers athat dont even live here at the pool way after hours smoking and dong God knows what, we complained and they said " There is nothng we can do"
Yes, there is,, we pay to stay here.. they dont, lock the doors.
Over all, much better than other places I have stayed. I would recommend.
