-Spacious
-Parking
-Maintenance staff is very prompt
-Closets
-Washer and Dryer in Unit
-Gas Fireplace

Dislikes:

-DO NOT LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! You will hear everything going on upstairs. Walking around upstairs sounds like a party. You will hear even the most normal conversation. It is extremely frustrating and loud.

-The windows are of the cheapest quality known. They have horrible drafts in the winter and the heating bill gets crazy. I recommend using plastic around November
through April. This is actually one of my biggest issues. Winter time really sucks here.

-The overall quality of the appliances, wood work, bathrooms, carpet, etc are also very very poor quality. It reminds me of a 70's motel that costs 30 bucks a night to stay in.

-I am on year 2. Plan on getting a nice rent increase if you decide to stay. By the 3rd year, trust me, you will be out.

-The pool in the summer is a joke. They do not lock the doors, so basically most of Strongsville's youth comes to hang out there.

Dear -Anonymous- , I've lived here for 5 yrs and have loved it. I am now on the first floor and our upstairs neighbor is nice and quiet. I suppose it's a 50/50 chance you will get a quiet bachelor. lol In response to your "rent will go up and you'll leave in 3 yrs".. yeah it'll go up unless you move into a different apartment in Polo Club. We moved from a single bedroom to a double and rent was the same after 2 years. This past year it went up about 4% which is not bad. As for the pool.. LOL yeah kids from the town were here until they locked up the pool at night now they don't come by.. We just received a letter saying that on weekends the polo club will be installing security gates for residence access. This will help with the Strongsvillians youth swinging by for a dip in the pool. They're also getting a tanning bed which my wife will love. I'd say the best thing about PC (Polo Club he he) is location, and it doesn't hurt that the maintenance guys are awesome with response and quality of work.. they don't leave a mess after they are done working. Our hot water tank broke and they fixed it within hours. love it. John

I agree with the first author except what was forgotten is that the garbage/dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing on Monday mornings with people leaving their trash outside the dumpster for fear of the raccoons jumping out at you. Also, the hallways need new carpeting, paint, light bulbs, and doors. There's is no heat in the common hallways so it is freezing in the winter. The windows are a disaster and broken appliances are replaced with old ones from unoccupied apartments. The neighbors hot water tank went and flooded our dining room. The new management company decided to leave 1/2 the old pad and install 1/2 new padding so my table sits crooked. Only 1/2 the carpet was cleaned and was not tucked back under the molding. Luxury? If you can get anything out of the twenty-something bimbo at the office then you must be a twenty-something single man that she's interested in. The tanning bed is impossible to get into because the aforementioned bimbo and her friends book it up during business hours (only time you may use it). The gates are gone along with the security guard. I think that lasted about 2 months.

I 100% agree with the last response. The "bimbo" up front is nothing but trouble. We lived by her for years and she was loud and if you complained she would make is disapper. She had all her friends coming into the tanning bed and pool. Not worth the hassel or rent we pay when she is sleeping with everyone in Strongsville and they get the benefits we are paying rent for.
