Car is always plowed in from snow...deep--need a shovel to get out. Salt is only distributed in the front of the complex where potential renters see. Garage doors never open so you may often be late to work while waiting on the over-worked maintenance man to come and open it. I've never received a fax that someone sent to our dedicated fax machine in the business center. Work out room is so dusty I can't use it due to allergies. At last count this evening there are at least 3 cars with flat tires in the parking lots taking up spaces close to the buildings. The lights and fountains at the pool only worked the first year (out of four) that we lived here. Pet droppings are everywhere with no enforcement of clean up. Small dogs under 25 lbs. are restricted but I saw two huskies and 3 labs today during my regular walk. Teens have been found having sex in cars in the parking lot without any reaction from the management company.

what is management supposed to do? Hand out condoms???? I like having sex in my car so get off me!

Is this response from the manager because we all who lived by her have heard her talk about all her sex stories while she is drunk and walking aroung loud on the phone.
