My wife and I have lived there for 2 years and have had just a few complaints but they all seem to revolve around the office. Last winter our heat broke in our bedroom and was so could that my wife and I put a cup of water in the bedroom and it froze. When I went to the office and told them about this the head manager told me it is not there problem and to go buy a heater. I told the maintenance guys and they came right over and fixed it. The other problems are involving how thin the walls and ceiling are. We can hear everything going on above and around us, which was not good because we were close to the head manager of the complex. She is the loudest and most obnoxious neighbor of all of them. She would have loud parties and one time was so drunk she was dancing in the parking lot where we had to call the police. We tried to file a complaint but some how she always made them disappear. The Polo Club is a very nice looking place on the outside but once you live here the front office staff treats you like your nothing and just a check to them. They would prefer to be cleaning the tanning bed then to finding out what would help there tenants. If anything ever breaks go straight to the maintenance men because they will fix it while the front office ladies will just ignore you or make you feel like you re annoying them.

This must be a JOKE! Actually you must be speaking about the Polo Club's old property manager! The new property manager is a vast improvement!

No I'm talking about the current management I time and time again in the winters was freezing and the heater broken yet had bills over $170 and was told to buy a heater. If you would like prof I have the bills and I also have a witness of somebody else that had the same problems with the, CURRENT MANAGER, who can verify her telling me to buy a heater. No joke I would never tell anyone about this place ever again unless it is telling them to stay away.
