Ok- Management not bad like I heard Over all not bad for what I am paying. I was reading another review on another site complaining about the Manager Sue Dunbar. It kind of scared me as there were accusations of her lying, calling the police to get someone evicted. I am glad I know the truth.

ceiling leaks bad. Ive lived at Chestnut Lake now for almost 2 years and for about the past year my ceiling has been leaking more and more. Its so bad that it leaks into the lightbulb in the hallway so I had to take it out and now have no light. Isnt this a fire hazard?? Ive told Maintanance

Great management I moved into the Royalton Greens last Sept. The manager, Renee, has been great. Repairs are taken care of promptly. She has gotten out of her way to help. She hooked me up with the animal control officer to pick up an abandoned cat that I saw outside.
