This place is not worth the money. even though it looks nice on the outside, it is cheaply built. You can everything from neighbors using the bathroom and taking a shower from your their conversations. The heat insulation is terrible. My electric bill was over 300 dollars because the cold air would literally blow through the windows and door. My roommate's toilet is still leaking from when we moved here in August2008, which she told the maintenance people. They don't clean the sidewalks or parking lot in the winter. There is never a place to park.....
