This place is incredible. The building has tremendous character, is well-maintained, and the management is great. The apartments, while not huge, are still quite spacious, and having all utilities included is very convenient. The building's solid construction means that noise is virtually a non-issue. The neighbors are great too, making it more a "community" than just an apartment complex. The only problem is parking. The lot is large enough for the tenants plus some guests, but things can get very tight when a special event is being hosted. Other than that, you really can't do better in Toledo.
