The price is great given the size and amenities, but the complex has numerous issues. The walls are paper thin, so noise is a constant issue (the floors in particular) as well as high heat/ac costs. Numerous leaks in the foundation; ground floor tenants can expect flooding problems even in moderate rains. Many exterior lights don't work. There were at least three fires in the complex that I can remember, all apparently caused by faulty electrical wiring. Management has changed hands many times over the years, but none of them seem concerned about fixing even the minor problems. Not recommended.
