I lived at 1331 Trade Square West Heather Green West Apartments for 2 years. I enjoyed the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the apartment community. My maintenance requests were performed upon request usually within three to four days at the maximum. My utility bill (electric only) was very reasonable on level billing.

During the winter I was especially impressed by the management's determination to keep our parking lot cleared from snowfall. When I woke up in the morning, it was easy to back my car up and exit the property and make my work on time.

I moved from Heather Green upon purchasing my own home locally. I would refer these apartments to others looking for a quality rental apartment in Troy, Ohio.
