The place looks great and the floor plans are spacious. The issue with the place is HORRABLE construction. I hear every bump or noice from my up stairs neighbors. They are not young kids but proffessional and I plan it on poor constrution. I filed a work oder over 2 months ago and remidned the office people and still nothing has been done. My hot water line is hooked up to my bathroom topilet...what a waste. The maintance people are freiendly and kind but its sad when they tell you that the hot water toilet is a common probelem. THere was a fire in one of the grages, and some wind damage to the side of the bilding and it still hasnt not been cleaned up not repaired and this occured now over a month.
The saddest thing is this community could be really nice IF it was constructed properly. The office girls are nice and helpful. Towne Park is NOT worth all the money they ask for.
