Forget Living South of Tipp City too much traffic and better community Troy is - Best decision I made was leaving Vandalia area and moving to Troy. Troy is a very safe community and traffic is not bad at all. Laurel Creek Townhomes are very nice and the townhome I live in I am very pleased with. Great place to live Laurel Creek apartments was a great place to live. Laurel Creek was only minutes away from many stores and I 75. It was like living in a residential home without the hassles of mowing the lawn or performing repairs. I never heard any noise from any of my neighbors.

Enjoyed my time at Towne Park I recently lived at Towne Park while attending the Hobart Institute. While my lease was short term lease I was very happy.The fitness center and tanning were great to have after class.I will be recommending here to future students from my home town.

If you want a washer/dryer, you add about $40 to the rent.
Safe, quiet neigborhood.

Troy West Side Laurel Creek was a nice quiet place to call home Laurel Creek allowed me to rent a home not an apartment where someone lived above and below me. Lawn care was provided so that was not a chore I had to deal with on the weekends.
