I lived in Ravenna Woods from 2003-2005. I had a mostly good experience there. The apartments are very spacious, afforable and well worth the money and location. My building was clean and quiet most of the time. There were some undesirable people who moved in but not for long. Maintenance issues were resolved adequately although I may have had to call a few times but it was not a big deal. There was one development manager who was not a very nice person, but she was not there for long. In general, the staff were responsive to my needs as a tenant. Ravenna Woods is a nice place to live and I would recommend it.
