Happy Resident - This my fifth winter living here at Deer Run and I must say, Although the parking lots are not salted during the last storm the Maintenance Techs were outside for hours cleaning my walkway and the others on the property and the snow plows were here most of the day! Hidden charges and fees Upon leaving they charged me almost 400 dollars for cleaning the stove ,and repairing a hole(for the dish wire) in the the wall that they approved before I did it.they are not honest and I would never recommend it to anybody .
