Not only are the local "office" and corporate office IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They called me a week after move in to harass me about loud music in the m iddle of the day during the week. Somewhat impossibe since I work. They DO NOT answer their phones at any time even during the Monday AND friday 9-5 business hours. Funny how they do not answer the phones but when you drop in after calling 5 times with no answer there sits the "office manager" if that is what you could call her. It took them 4 months to get a garage for me b/c the one I was supposed to have someone else was parking in daily. Finally they just told me to sneak in when that person was not parked there. This was my first apartment and although they look nice from the outside they are cheap and the management doesn't have a brain in their head. I was dissappointed that I paid $625/month and got this kind of service. You would think spending that much money they would treat their tenants better. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to get an apartment and I certainly would rather live in a box than ever move back into that place. The people at Bowery managment need to get out of this business and find something that does not take brains to do. Parking was teh only thing that wasnot a problem because no one lived there.
