I have lived at the Villas at Prestwick since they have been built. I absolutely love it here. I am always able to get in contact with Bowery Management. If no one is at the office on site I am always able to contact the corporate office with no problems. The maintenance staff is always available no matter what time. They give you an emergency phone number upon move in that allows us to call no matter what time of the day and it is answered by a live person, no recordings!!! The rent amount that I pay is well worth the quality and peace and quiet that I am getting with my apartment. I wouldn't trade this place for any other.
