I will never do business with Bowry Management again. I have been a resident for almost two years and the customer service I have received has been terrible. When we moved in I had to wait almost two months to get a garage. I did not have anywhere to store my belongings so I ended up loosing everything. When I called so find out when I would be getting a garage they told me that they didn't know. I asked for a discount because my monthly rent since my lease was for a townhouse plus one garage. I was told that the garage was free and that I would not receive any discount.

Another problem is that the townhouse furnaces are unreliable. I have came home three times to find out that the flame sensor has gone bad and my apartment is 50 degrees. Each time they came out and fixed it for no charge but this was a complete pain. I can understand if it needed serviced once but for the same thing to happen so many times is a bit rediculous.

For a company that advertises their buildings as "Luxuary Apartments" they sure aren't living up to their claim. It was mediocre at best and I would not suggest signing a lease here to anyone I know. The staff is very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get you to sign a lease, but after you do they aren't the nice people they once appeared to be...

We have been here almost a year and we also have a faulty flame sensor. Maintenance has come to clean it twice in a month period of time. They also switched out parts like an igniter. I haven't had much of a problem getting in contact with the management. I am frustrated with management due to a recent incident and I was told it was not their problem. Just be careful in the parking lot in the winter. Other than rude loud neighbors who throw cigarettes in your flower bed and snooty stuck up people who think they are better than you-Villas is still a nice place to live in Green.
