I have lived here for two years now and am about to renew my lease for another year. I find the community to be very quiet and peaceful. I find that when I need someone to fix something I can always get a hold of them either at the leasing office here or at the corporate office. I can always count on Harold the maintenance man to fix whatever problems I may have. They even give us an after hours emergency number to use. The leasing agent, Carolyn, is very friendly and helpful. She has made my stay here one of the best experiences.

Notice how after every poor posting there is a wonderful review. Someone knowledge even replied to my review telling me that my deduction was for pets. (Which it was not.) If you are a reader I would wonder if the company is commenting on it's own property.
