#1: the management sucks to put it a nice way. No one is ever in the office except for one day a week. With that said, if you leave a message, it will NEVER ever be returned. It took 4 months to get a garage! Which I actually ended up just taking over a vacant one on my own. As far as repairs, etc if you call the after hour line, they are actually good at relying the message and the maintence man is nice. However, if you leave your complaint with the front desk nothing will happen. for example, we have stuff that has never been fixed even though we mentioned it over a year ago at move in.
#2 Our building is actually nice with wonderful neighbors. Maybe I'm in a quiet building b/c I have no noise complaints. I love having all the yard area with golf course. I also feel very safe here. My only complaint with the units is that the living rooms are of poor design which makes it hard to furnish (there was no room for our coffee table). Make sure you visualize your layout before moving in. Also, in the townhouses, closet space is ridiculous. For being new buildings, you think they would have designed adequate closet space. Lastly, they supply the cheapest blinds which you can see through, so you will still need to buy curtains
