Poor Management & Customer Service

In my 12 month lease at Fairmount Circle, there were 3 landlords that we apathetic about customer service and were not informed of the policies set by the management company, CMI.
Payment of rent was an absolute nightmare! You would think companies would be happy about getting money from their residents, making it easy for payment. This was not the case... on several occasions I was charged late fees, had my deposit withheld, and was served eviction notices because the rent was late by a few days - the collection agency they worked with needed the invoice to process your payment, however, I usually didn't receive the invoice until after the 1st of the month making it impossible to get it back to them by the 5th through US Mail. It was their policy that they are not responsible to get you the invoice, but you are responsible to get them the payment...
Other complaints include slow turn around time for maintenance requests, abhorrent management and customer service policies and generally very poor parking conditions (the garage was always dripping liquids on my car, ruining the finish).
