People say this complex is great because they will basically let ANYONE live here. Management does not care at all, as long as they get their money. My wife and I have witnessed drug deals taking place around the townhomes. The laundry facility is downright disgusting. I'd rather just put my clothes in the toilet and flush it a few times, then hang them up outside. If a sock or something falls on the floor, forget it, it's gone. The fitness room is terrible. You might like it if you enjoy working out on equipment that was ordered from late night infomercials. The carpet in our apartment develops mysterious stains in mysterious places. Our AC broke and it was 95 degrees in our apartment. Maintenance said this was "not an emergency". The staff has no sense of urgency unless it involves YOU giving THEM your hard earned money. Utilities are bad, too. We pay nearly $200 every month for electric because our place is wired to one of the lights on the outside of the building. Parking is terrible. The Yellow Rose night club is right down the street, so people going there on the weekend park in OUR parking lot, in OUR spaces so the sheriff waiting outside the club can't bust their drunk asses as they're getting into their cars. Now every weekend we have to listen to those people screaming their -------- outside of our window all hours of the night. Forget about walking through the grass. Some wannabe thug idiot in the next building over thinks he needs a 150lb Rottweiler while living in a one bedroom apartment. Of course he's too busy "holla-ing" at his "boys" on his cell phone to clean up after his dog. Needless to say there are huge turds everywhere. There are also cigarette butts all over the entrance way to the building because the guy downstairs does nothing but smoke and throw the butts wherever he feels like. Safety....it's kinda hard to feel secure here. My wife is always creeped out by the maintenance guys cruising around here on golf carts. Seriously, they all look like ex-cons and sex offenders. Don't move here unless you are a vapid community college nursing student with a fake tan who loves to "par-tay". Then you'll fit right in.
